Quartet co-led by vocalist Brigitte Beraha and pianist Barry Green and featuring the experienced rhythm team of Chris Laurence (double bass) and Paul Clarvis (drums, percussion). Their music draws on jazz, classical and literary sources. Eponymous debut album released on Green’s Moletone label in 2012. Follow up “Chasing Rainbows” released on Moletone in April 2015.
"A fascinating blend of jazz and classical structures mixed with literature and poetry. A quietly ambitious and often very beautiful album which succeeds brilliantly on its own terms. "
"A very classy, highly intelligent piece of work that both consolidates and expands upon the success of the quartet's eponymous début."
"A worthy addition to the Babelfish canon as the quartet again combine grace and beauty with an intellectual and improvisational rigour. "
