GoGo Penguin

Highly interactive young piano trio from Manchester featuring Chris Illingworth (piano), Grant Russell ( bass) and Rob Turner (drums). Debut album “Fanfares” released November 2012 on Manchester trumpeter and DJ Matthew Halsall’s Gondwana label. The trio have already attracted a cult following for their energetic live performances.
Grant Russell replaced by Nick Blacka for the trio’s second album “v2.0” (Gondwana Records, March 2014).
