British saxophonist active in both the jazz and rock fields. A prolific rock sideman he is a regular member of Steve Winwood’s band.
Has produced five jazz albums as a leader including “No Looking Back” (Basho Records, 2007) and “Trilateral” (Pathway Records, 2012). The latter features Booth presenting music from three different trio formations.
He also works regularly with bassist Michael Janisch.
