Wilber Calver
Born in Cuba of Jamaican heritage Wilber Calver is a virtuoso on the Galician bagpipes. Co-produced with pianist Alex Wilson his album “Diaspora” (2012) merges Celtic melodies with the rhythms of the African Diaspora from Afro/Cuban to Yoruba to reggae.
