GEORGE BENSON ANNOUNCES UK TOUR JUNE 2018
Legendary ten-time Grammy Award and NEA Jazz Master winner George Benson, whose career covers five decades, with more than 30 recordings under his belt, is proud to announce nine UK shows in June 2018. This includes two nights at London’s prestigious Royal Albert Hall on June 26th & 27th, 2018.
Tickets go on sale: Friday October 27th at 9.00am
The live shows will feature George Benson’s masterful guitar playing, and Benson and his band will perform his Greatest Hits from his impressive back catalogue - which includes such classics as Give Me The Night, Lady Love Me (One More Time), Turn Your Love Around, Love X Love, Never Give Up On A Good Thing and In Your Eyes.
“I’m looking forward to my trip to the UK and we’re going to have a good time at the shows” says George Benson.
George Benson, has contributed one of his songs ‘You’ll Be In My Heart’ to the forthcoming release of ‘Jazz Loves Disney2 – My Kind Of Magic’ album. In July 2017, Benson marked his 40th anniversary and Ibanez has created a limited run of his signature guitars for the occasion - GB Signature Models.

George Benson, latest album ‘The Ultimate Collection’ - a deluxe 2-CD, 36-song collection which features his greatest hits, including “When I Fall In Love” with Idina Menzel. Also included are special extended versions and rarities.
He also did a duet performance with Van Morrison, on his album ‘Duets: Re-Working The Catalogue Album’.
