Black Mountain Jazz is proud to welcome the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama (RWCMD) Big Band for a special tribute to one of the most influential figures in modern music - Quincy Jones.

Following the recent passing of Quincy Jones, a Fellow of the College, this concert celebrates his extraordinary legacy as a composer, arranger, bandleader and producer. Expect an unforgettable evening filled with some of his greatest big-band writing, alongside iconic hits that defined a generation.

With the unmistakable swing, groove and show-business sparkle that made Quincy Jones a household name, the RWCMD Big Band, directed by tutor Ceri Rees, will fill the Melville Centre with energy, passion, and the spirit of a true musical legend.
