Contemporary US piano trio formed by ex Weather Report drummer Omar Hakim and pianist Rachel Z. Also featuring bassist Maeve Royce the trio specialise in taking rock and pop songs and turning them into “little jazz excursions”, rather in the manner of The Bad Plus.
