Quartet led by South African born pianist Philip Clouts once of the group Zubop. Clouts now lives in rural Dorset and draws much of his compositional inspiration from the English coast and countryside.
The quartet also includes Carlos Lopez-Real (sax), Alex Keen(bass) and Jon Desbruslais (drums/percussion).
"Clouts covers an impressive range of styles in an infectiously enjoyable manner. Bearing in mind it's coastal theme you could do a lot worse than making this the soundtrack for your summer. "
