By the invitation of the Government the Grand Duke, the President of the Parliament and the Prime Minister address the the national authorities and diplomatic representatives of the countries accredited to Luxembourg. With a special presentation for the 25th anniversary of the reign of His Royal Highness The Grand Duke of Luxembourg.
