Born and raised in London, British/Iranian guitarist Karim Saber is steadily building a profile as both a performer and composer to watch. Known for his instrumental prowess and creativity, he established his Quintet, which features four of London’s most virtuosic and in-demand young musicians in 2021.

Drawing inspiration from a blend of players such as Dick Oatts, Keith Jarrett and John Coltrane, Louis’ sound and improvising reflect a deep engagement within both the traditional and conceptual field. Louis and his band will be performing original compositions and standards, shaped in a modern aesthetic, blending spiritual soundscapes with nods to the bebop tradition as well as latin/world influences.
