Hinako Omori + Kit Grill + Innerkey @ St Alkmunds
Event 7.0 of Season 3.0, our penultimate event, is expected to be a captivating evening of subtle immersive music.
Hinako is a Japanese-born, London-based composer creating immersive sonic worlds from ambient synths, voice, and classical textures. Her acclaimed, many-layered soundscapes have been heard on BBC 6 Music, KEXP, and NTS, and she’s performed everywhere from the Hollywood Bowl with Floating Points to BBC Radio 3’s Unclassified Live as well as working with the wonderful wordsmith Kae Tempest.
Support comes from Kit Grill. Kit is a London-based musician, composer, and long-time NTS Radio resident whose music flows between techno, ambient, lo-fi, alt-pop, modern classical, and experimental sounds.
Our dear friend and local selector Innerkey will be joining us once again. Rob has been a huge supporter of SY.Gigs, helping to share our message of music and well-being.
He’ll be opening the evening with an early set as doors open at 6:30 pm, so do come early and settle into the atmosphere.
Rob will be back on the decks at Blind Tiger afterwards, where an unofficial after party will take shape. Expect a lift in tempo and good company. All are welcome at this free event.
