This weekend sees the annual Worcester Music Festival celebrating the local music scene in all its glory with over 250 performances across 25 venues and spaces throughout the city.



The festival is free to attend (I believe artists are not paid for their performances) but donations to the featured charity each year are encouraged by a team of enthusiastic and colourful volunteers. This year’s featured charity is Worcester Snoezelen, a specialist leisure therapy centre offering a wide range of person-centred, multisensory activities for children and adults with learning disabilities and additional needs. Their services include sensory rooms, a hydrotherapy pool, music and art sessions, yoga and play therapy.
