Arts Council England Award, New Video & Online Gig!

Dear All,

I hope this newsletter finds you well!

Firstly, I’d like to give huge thanks to Arts Council England for awarding me a National Lottery Project Grant.  This will allow me to focus on personal development and create new work in the next coming months, which I hope to share with you - More on this soon!

As part of this project, I will also be organising different online concerts & workshops so feel free to get in touch if you’re interested in signing up!

The next online concert will be dedicated to Jazz & Latin standards featuring amazing George Crowley on tenor / clarinets and myself on voice / piano.  If you’d like to join us, click here for more info and to book.

Finally, despite the multiple lockdowns & lack of concerts, I am thankful that remote collaborations have kept me creative.  This one is with Ant Law: I wrote lyrics to his gorgeous tune ‘Searching’.  Featuring Kit Downes on piano, Adam Kovacs on percussion, Matt Calvert on synth / production & myself on voice, Simon Cheung has created a beautiful video to go with the track, now entitled ‘Who We Are’. Here it is and I hope you like it!

Much love,
Brigitte xx
