Tenor saxophonists Ray Gelato and Simon Spillett are two of the best-loved and entertaining musicians on the UK jazz scene, Ray with his hugely popular Giants and Simon with his big band and quartet. If you love the classic, melodic, swinging sax sounds of US masters such as Ben Webster, Coleman Hawkins, Dexter Gordon, Illinois Jacquet and Gene Ammons then this is a gig not to be missed.
