And a few dates in June 2026 for the diaries:

7th: Imaani – A terrific singer in the Soul/R&B tradition Imaani’s worldwide tours, television, live and studio output includes work with the likes of Gloria Gaynor, Carleen Anderson, Michael Bolton and Beverley Knight, but she is probably best known as one of the featured singers with the iconic band “Incognito”, of which she’s been a member for more than 15 years. Undoubtedly one of the finest Soul singers in Europe!

8th: Bob Malone - Called a “keyboard wizard” by New Yorker Magazine, US singer/songwriter/pianist Bob Malone played keyboards for John Fogerty for over a decade, has been a session player for artists such as Ringo Starr while his film & TV work includes The Grinch, NCIS New Orleans, Dr. Phil, Entertainment Tonight and more. His last four albums have been in the Top 10 on the Roots Music Report radio rock and blues charts, #1 on the IBBA UK Blues Chart, and his piano-driven take on Fleetwood Mac’s “Oh Well” was still on the SiriusXM Bluesville Top-50 Most Heard chart a year after its release. This will be Bob’s third appearance at the 606 and therefore, with the utmost of confidence, we can say how truly amazing, indeed spectacular Bob is live – no one can resist his infectious energy, warmth and enthusiasm!

11th: Dave Bristow is a pianist and composer from Birmingham, hailed by critics and contemporaries alike as one of the most promising talents in European jazz. After graduating from Leeds College of Music he moved to Paris, forming a multinational supergroup taken from the cream of the Parisian jazz scene and winning praise for his celebrated debut album, ‘Unknown, Unknown’. Now touring with his quintet in support of his latest release, “Sides”.

17th:  Saxophonist Julian Nicholas, pianist Emil Viklicky and vocalist Imogen Ryall - Julian and Emil will draw from 35 years’ worth of shared repertoire, recorded on no fewer than six albums to date, with Imogen’s vocal and lyrical settings, plus some serious and playful takes on a diverse palette of standards from Carla Bley to Duke Ellington.

25th:  Album Launch! Husband & wife tough tenor combo - Dave O’Higgins and forensic pathologist Dr Judith O’Higgins - preview their 3rd album set, “Liquorice Allsorts”. Mixing originals, Horace Silver, Wayne Shorter, George Coleman & Lee Morgan tunes, it’s in the tradition of Ronnie Scott & Tubby Hayes Jazz Couriers, and Johnny Griffin & Eddie “Lockjaw” Davis.
