Hans Koller forms Pizza Express Jazz Orchestra.

Pianist Hans Koller has assembled 12 of the UK's finest jazz musicians to form The Pizza Express Jazz Orchestra. Their first performance on 13/02 will feature guest composer and conductor Mike Gibbs.

Hans has sent us the following details regarding this exciting new project and their first gig.

This is the opening gig of the exciting new PizzaExpress Jazz Orchestra appearing at the Club for a series of concerts throughout the year. The band features twelve of London’s finest jazz players, assembled by Hans Koller. For this launch date the band is led by the legendary jazz composer Mike Gibbs.
