The duo of pianist John Law and saxophonist Jon Lloyd is called Naissance. They play beautiful and emotionally engaging music which blends jazz, classical, minimalist and European folk music into a seamless whole. The European “ECM” record label best represents this genre of music. Their work has been described as “Music of contemplation and renewal”.
