Alex Bonney establishes new ‘Earconnector’ label on Bandcamp.

Trumpeter, electronic musician, engineer and producer Alex Bonney has established a new digital only outlet for his music. The first release, "Open Silver Skies" features his quartet.

I’m planning on releasing several other albums in the coming weeks, and hoping to inspire many more creative collaborations in the future.

Releases are going to be Bandcamp only (to avoid problematic streaming services) and although I have currently no plans for CDs (I have too many in my flat already!) I’m going to do occasional small cassette runs (for fun).

The wonderful Cath Roberts is doing graphic design for me.

Next Friday 30th Jan I am releasing the next two albums, duos with Tom Challenger and Cath. We are doing a concert at Hundred Years Gallery in Hoxton with Will Glaser and Tom’s duo too.
