Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club
August 2026 – October 2026

Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club has announced its programme for August through October 2026, with another varied season spanning jazz, soul, blues, funk and contemporary music.

Highlights include performances from Kyle Eastwood, The Blackbyrds, The Blind Boys of Alabama, Christian McBride, Curtis Stigers, Marisha Wallace, Sullivan Fortner, Claire Martin, Butcher Brown, the Emma Rawicz Jazz Orchestra and Bokani Dyer.

The season also sees the expansion of the club’s Saturday Brunch series, hosted by vocalist and broadcaster Ian Shaw. Blending live music with candid conversation, upcoming events welcome special guests including Mica Paris, Omar, Julian Clary andSir Trevor McDonald, offering audiences a unique insight into the lives and careers of some of Britain’s best-loved cultural figures.

Back by popular demand, Ronnie Scott’s Street Party returns to Soho on Saturday 1 August, bringing another free day of live music to Frith Street. From 11.30am – 4.30pm, two outdoor stages will showcase some of the UK’s most exciting names in jazz, soul, R&B and hip hop, alongside DJs, family-friendly entertainment and outdoor bars – all completely free. This year’s line-up features Blue Lab Beats, Daniel Casimir Big Band, Shae Universe, Guvna B, Summer Pearl, NEONE the Wonderer, GRAMN., Jackson Mathod, Marlon the Pannist and the Ronnie Scott’s Gospel Choir, with DJs Jon Jules and Mike Vitti keeping the music going throughout the day.

Kenny Barron: Songbook
14-time GRAMMY nominee Kenny Barron returns to Ronnie Scott’s with music from his 2025 album Songbook. The album represents the fulfilment of a decades-long dream for the piano maestro who has graced the bands of Dizzy Gillespie, Yusef Lateef and Stan Getz as well as leading his much-acclaimed trio.  Joined by acclaimed bassist Kanoa Mendenhall, powerhouse drummer Gregory Hutchinson, and rising vocal talent Tyreek McDole - a standout voice from the album - Barron presents a set that blends vocal interpretation with the intimacy of his celebrated trio.

Trumpeter and composer Olivia Cuttill brings music from her latest album ...And Writing And Singing And Tunes To Be Swingin’ to Ronnie Scott’s. Leading a dynamic quintet, Cuttill draws on the sounds of New Orleans and the Great American Songbook, blending original compositions with inventive arrangements inspired by artists including Louis Armstrong, Nina Simone and Randy Newman.

Ronnie Scott’s Blues Explosion
Blues Explosion perform a night of electrifying blues encompassing all styles from Delta Blues to New Orleans funk. Since its inception in 2008, our monthly blues night has remained a firm favourite on the club calendar, bringing top performers from the world of jazz and blues. Co-led by guitarist/vocalist Marcus Bonfanti (Ten Years After), pianist/vocalist Paddy Milner (Tom Jones) and featuring the dynamic Tony Remy (Jack Bruce) also on guitar, the Blues Explosion performs the music of BB King, Buddy Guy, Peter Green, Albert Collins, Dr. John and many more.

The Blackbyrds
Formed in 1973 by legendary trumpeter Donald Byrd, The Blackbyrds helped define jazz-funk, R&B and soul in the 70s. Assembled from the most talented students at Howard University, the band struck gold with their eponymous debut and classics like Do It Fluid, Walking in Rhythm, Happy Music and the iconic Rock Creek Park. After reforming in 1999, the current line-up includes original members Keith Killgo and Joe Hall alongside younger musicians.

Miles Davis famously said, “You can tell the history of jazz in four words: Louis Armstrong. Charlie Parker.” Few musicians changed the course of jazz as profoundly as Charlie ‘Bird’ Parker. On single houses on Mondays and Tuesdays (check website) doors open at 6pm for a 7.30pm start. On Sundays, doors open at 12pm and 6.30pm for one sitting.

The Late Late Show
