Janine Irons OBE said: “It’s such an honour to receive this recognition for my contribution to the music industry, increasing diversity and creating opportunities for some amazingly talented people of colour and women to develop their musical careers. It has been truly wonderful to have witnessed and supported so many great artistic journeys over the last 30 years. To have done this on my own would have been impossible so, for me, this award recognises the incredible family of people who make up everything that Tomorrow’s Warriors represents.”
